How to start a healthy lifestyle?

Some might said that you're on diet, introducing diet pill or even slimming centre. We should have known that diet is not the right way, changing lifestyle is our main key.

You might see people skipping meal just to lose weight, I am one of those who've been through that particular experience and I think that was the dumbest decision I've ever made. I did not intake a single food except oats for my breakfast.

And of course, I've lost 8 kg in one and a half month. But, I've gained back 10 kg continuously in the following 6 months after I got back to my usual diet.

That is why, you have to intake food that could boost up your metabolic instead of giving less work to your tummy. Eat lean meats, vegetables, fruits or hard-shelled nuts that could help speed up your metabolism.

I've been an over-weighted girl myself for 19 years, and I feel ashamed whenever I'm working out, so I decided to lose weight by reducing my intake of food. Bad idea!

The very beginning are tough as I feel like giving up sometimes, but I would advise you to find some friends to join your journey.

Exercise - Like seriously, who likes exercise? Apparently, Jogging is one of the best way to burn fats and the very first kick-starter as it doesn't requires any equipment as long as you have a pair of running shoes. You couldn't expect yourself to run for an hour continuously, so try to divided into small sections such as 3 mins run, continue with 3 mins of brief walking, and then repeat until you feel your abdominal muscle is in pain. Start loving the pain and sore and you're one step closer to skinny jeans.

Eat Clean - Try to avoid fast food, deep-dried food, soft drinks, sugary snack, etc. For your information, I'm a bread lover and carbs are usually what people would avoid, but don't wanna run away from my favorite food forever, and then I discovered Rye Bread, Muesli Bread, Wheat Bread and other kinds of bread that contents "Complex Carbs" instead of "Simple Carbs", they are more healthier and tastier. Try to control the tastebud of yours, start putting less salt and sugar to your daily meal, raw serves the best.

You may be the one with no patience, expecting yourself to be at any particular stage after a few days of work out. Remember that, one day of bad diet doesn't cause you fat, in return that one day of healthy food doesn't make you healthier. Overfeed yourself once a week is necessary, because you need to tell your digestive system that they are still under employment.

It took me 2 weeks to notice the changes of my body, and 4 weeks until my friends notices. I am already in pain and lost so many opportunity for foods, so why stop? I knew that I'm going to start moving my fat ass in future and start toning up, so why not now?

What influenced me to think so?

"Nothing big, I just woke up one day and feel like I don't want to be like that anymore or ever again, so I changed." The fact that I've given my body 19 years of freedom, now I can give at least 19 months to get to what I should've be like, until I start enjoying being like this.

There's also people around that could've discourages you, but show them the impossible.

A good health, is something others can't achieve it for you, you will have to do it by your own.
So start influence people!

This are the basic rules for a better health. Start loving yourself!
